1. General Policy
Once a service has been confirmed and work has commenced, no full refunds will be issued. Refunds may be considered in specific cases, as outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
A partial or full refund may be approved under the following conditions:

The service has not yet been started.

You cancel the order within 24 hours of payment and before work begins.

There is a clear, proven failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g., missed deadline without communication, incomplete delivery).
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [your email address] within 7 days of payment or delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

You change your mind after work has started.

You fail to provide complete information or delay project inputs.

The final work is rejected by a journal, university, or third-party agency (our role is support-based, not outcome-guaranteed).

4. Revision Policy
We offer limited free revisions within the service scope (up to 2 rounds, depending on the package). Major changes outside the original brief may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
